Enhancing Quality Management for UK Health Enterprise Ltd.

UK Health Enterprise Ltd. (UKHE) partnered with Gia Consulting Ltd. (Gia) to prepare for crucial audits by Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Under the guidance of Adam Morgan, Managing Director of Gia, UKHE successfully streamlined processes and achieved audit success.

UKHE embarked on a crucial journey to prepare for two key audits in 2023-2024, focusing on HIS and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Throughout this period, the clinic received invaluable support from Adam Morgan, Managing Director of Gia, with a particular emphasis on the comprehensive review of the quality system and effective implementation and management of change.

Within the dynamic healthcare sector, ensuring the highest standards of quality is paramount. UKHE recognized the need for a robust quality management system and actively engaged in preparing for external audits to validate its adherence to HIS and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The primary objectives were to simplify technical jargon, conduct a thorough system gap analysis, and adequately prepare for the HIS and ISO 9001:2015 audits, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Under the leadership of Adam Morgan, Managing Director of Gia, UKHE successfully streamlined technical terminology, conducted a comprehensive system gap analysis, and implemented strategies to facilitate a seamless transition towards meeting audit requirements. Adam's role was pivotal in providing holistic support, including a detailed review of the quality system and aiding in the successful implementation and management of change.

We have had excellent support from Adam who has carried out a comprehensive review of our quality system, and audits to support our business, and he has helped us greatly in the implementation and management of change
— Joanna Dumbar (Managing Director of UKHE)
